Oh, that’s poppycock. If someone throws you under the bus on the Internet YOU CAN RESPOND ON YOUR OWN BLOG! And then the readers can decide the truth for themselves. That’s what I just did.

I spent the past week on vacation at home with my wife and daughter. We had a great time being together and we got plenty done around the house. We took our daughter to see The Wiggles. No, I didn’t complete the stone work around the landscaping, but I can see an end in sight. And no, as you can see, I didn’t get much done on the ecrosstexas.
I last used my computer Friday night without any problems. On Sunday, while cranking my trusty 56k modem, I didn’t have a dial tone. Checking with the phone, sure enough the line is dead. I pick up the kitchen phone only to hear a dial tone. Then I move the phone to test the phone outlet in the living room that my office phone is daisy chained to. Uh oh, that line is dead too. Checking the other phone in bedroom finds it working as well. So I have 2 working outlets and 2 dead outlets. I need to fix this cheap, but I am not that savvy when it comes to phone lines. Can anyone offer advice and/or links to Web sites that can help me solve me phone line troubles.
