Quite the Valentines Day to stay home with the family. Three inches of snow and counting. Beautiful wet snow, no ice.
While North Texas has gotten plenty of rain, tornadoes hit the Houston area:
A small tornado hit a Sugar Land middle school this morning, frightening children huddled in the hallways, but no one was injured. Another twister damaged trees and a storefront window in LaPorte, and another peeled off part of the roof of a church in west Harris County.
The weather men and women cannot predict anything. Any time a winter front moves into North Texas, they go predicting the worst. Ice, Snow, Blizzards! Heck, it will barely get below freezing.
