Steve Jobs Biography by Walter Isaacson

Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson book cover

The Steve Jobs authorized biography by Walter Isaacson was just released on Monday. The book is already poised to become the bestseller of 2011.

Isaacson also penned biographies of Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin. Jobs reportedly reached out to Isaacson in 2004 to ask that he write his biography. The biography was originally scheduled for release in November but after Jobs passed away earlier this month, its release was moved up.

Amazon is offering the hardcover Steve Jobs biography at $17.88 (nearly 50% off the $35.00 list price.)

The Apple iBookstore edition Steve Jobs is currently $16.99 and can be read through the free iBooks app on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. If you already purchased the iBooks version, please download the updated version.

The Amazon Kindle edition of the Steve Jobs biography is also currently $16.99. The Kindle version can be ready just about anywhere with Amazon’s free reading apps.
