WSJ Calls Obama Dishonest, Toxic

Raise taxes. Cut spending. Cut entitlements. Spend more. Expand government. Shut the government down. For weeks now, a battle has been brewing in Washington over the budget. The President took charge yesterday and laid out his plans. A must read opinion piece “The Presidential Divider” from The Wall Street Journal looks at President Obama’s budget speech.

Mr. Obama then packaged his poison in the rhetoric of bipartisanship—which “starts,” he said, “by being honest about what’s causing our deficit.” The speech he chose to deliver was dishonest even by modern political standards.

Let us begin to hope for change in 2012, because this administration is a disaster.
