Is it right?

…satisfying all obligations. Romans 13:8

Is it pure?

…in motives and action. James 3:17

Is it lovely?

…seasoned with salt. Colossians 4:6

Is it admirable?

…winsome rather than offensive.

Is it excellent?

2 Peter 1:3-5

Is it praiseworthy?

2 Corinthians 8:18; 1 Corinthians 11:2

Our lives should make the Gospel look good.

How to Act

“Put it into practice” (Philippians 4:9)

• Learned + Received = Paul’s teaching (2 Timothy 2:1,2)
• Heard + Seen = Paul’s example (1 Corinthians 11:1)

Thoughts and actions cannot be seperated.
